A CARE Model Animation Series

When I Talk, I Stutter is an animated series informed by the lived experiences of children, teens, and adults, that provides an overview of the daily life of a child and compares their typical encounters that often leave them feeling less than because of the way they talk and how the child’s quality of life would differ if their perspective of stuttering and that of those around them was non-ableist in nature.
The Arthur M. Blank Center for Education and Research generates new knowledge, trains the future, and provides innovative treatment that enables participants of all ages worldwide to stutter openly, speak confidently, communicate effectively, and advocate meaningfully.
